GARBAGE DISPOSAL NOTICE
All residents are asked to properly deal with their refuse.
Due to some residents disposing NON-STANDARD waste like furniture, mattresses, construction materials and other similar items which are not accepted by the refuse authority's vehicles, the rest of the residents are overcharged for the NON-STANDARD refuse collection performed by Vesta, as there is no other way to dispose of the said refuse.
Owners are respectfully asked to take NON-STANDARD refuse to the municipality designated collection points.

GARDENS AND GREEN AREAS:
Regina Gardens will become prettier than ever before!
It has been agreed with Ms. A. Dorita of VH that by the 7th of November 2021, a new landscape transformation plan will be created.
The plan will include systems that will manage to increase the greenery in all areas and at the same time cut the water consumption by utilizing a more modern irrigation approach. All that will lead to lower annual costs for the owners and a better looking complex.
The new plan will also include special short plants that will create a shadow above sunny land areas and thus decrease evaporation, leading to more efficient land absorption.
Additionally, Ms. A. Dorita will plant a certain blue flower around the dried up artificial river canals, creating an active water flow effect.
If all goes according to plan, the results will all be there by the end of November.
THIS JUST IN:
As a result of negotiations between OMC and Vesta Holidays (VH) on 27/09/2021, it is concluded that as of 28/09/2021, VH vehicles will no longer be riding trough Regina Gardens 1 streets.
VH work vehicles will only be allowed to pass through the main entrance/exit in front of the Club House, when there is work necessary to be done.
The Owners and new Committee would like to share their sincere thanks to VH for their understanding, and especially thank Mr. A. Demou and C. Koliaros for their professionalism!
The complex now feels much quieter already :)
EVENTS:
- We thank everyone for attending the 11/10/2021 meeting.
PINE TREES POOL AREA B:
The former OMC gave an order to cut 4 pine trees at the area of pool B. The reason being that there may be pine caterpillars around spring timeā¦
Luckily, we managed to prevent this because these tall trees are some of the only place in Regina where parents with children can relax in the shade. Pine trees look beautiful and are necessary for oxygen production.
We also plan to install benches there so that elderly residents and parents with children can enjoy relaxing in peace.
Cutting such important members of our natural ecology is easy, growing them back is not!
Additionally, Vesta Holidays knows how to and will get rid of caterpillars in the case they appear.
We would be delighted to hear your opinion regarding the matter, during the informal meeting on the 11th of October.
